Prompt Orchestra is the execution and record layer Parliament People uses for current AI-assisted civic text generation.

What It Records

• Runs are associated with a skill key and model.
• Inputs and rendered prompt traces can be inspected through public-safe generation records.
• Validation information can be shown where the run produced it.
• The product can distinguish new reviewable generations from older legacy outputs.

Public Boundary

Public records show useful generation context without exposing API keys, private reviewer notes, personal user data, or security-sensitive instructions.

Change Transparency

Material prompt or model changes should trigger a transparency-log decision. Not every internal edit needs a public entry, but changes that affect user-facing trust, provenance, or correction behaviour should be reviewed for public disclosure.
