Trust Centre Operations
Trust Centre Expansion Plan
The planned information architecture for the expanded public Trust Centre.
Source-Controlled Doc
This public page is rendered from product-development/trust-and-safety/public-operations/trust-centre-expansion-plan.md.
Purpose
The Trust Centre should be the public map of the trust and safety operating model, while restricted evidence, legal-sensitive material, reviewer notes, security-sensitive detail, and personal data remain outside public routes.
Public Navigation
The expanded Trust Centre should cover:
- Our Trust And Safety Mission.
- How We Source Parliamentary Information.
- How AI And Editorial Review Work.
- Editorial Integrity Code.
- Corrections, Redress, And Appeals.
- Community Guidelines.
- Transparency Log.
- Known Limitations.
- Public Operating Rules.
Page Planning Standard
Each public page should identify the user question answered, key claims allowed, claims to avoid, required links, evidence needed before publication, open decisions, owner, update trigger, and whether legal, editorial, or safety review is required.
Public Boundary
Public pages should explain process and accountability in plain language. They should not expose private reports, private reviewer notes, legal advice, personal data, security-sensitive details, or incident drafts.
Review Cadence
Trust Centre content should be reviewed when policies, gates, content classes, AI generation workflows, source feeds, correction routes, ranking logic, or user-interaction features materially change.
