Model And Prompt Change Policy

Purpose

Prompt and model changes can affect tone, accuracy, source use, and correction behaviour. They should be reviewed as product changes, not treated as invisible implementation details.

Review Requirements

• Record the skill or workflow being changed.
• Record the model or prompt version affected.
• Compare representative outputs before and after the change.
• Check source grounding and attribution.
• Check whether public generation records remain understandable.
• Decide whether the transparency log needs a public entry.

Public Boundary

Public documentation should explain the change standard. It should not publish secrets, credentials, private reviewer notes, or security-sensitive prompt detail.
