Peers warned that Republika Srpska’s moves towards secession, Russian interference and pressure on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s state institutions are putting the Dayton settlement under strain, and asked whether ministers will support EUFOR, NATO guarantees, sanctions and funding for civil society and survivors.
